Accommodations description
Our Camping has 200 beds and 50 accommodation units: mini villas, mini apartments, bungalows, wood cottages, mansards and caravans. All of them are simple and functional, with outdoor spaces such as garden, veranda, terrace or balcony. Essentially but fully furnished, bed linen, monoblock kitchen with four burners (two burners for units with 2 beds), 140 lt fridge (except for the unit N1, where the fridge capacity is in line with people who stay in), crockery, stainless steel pots and pans, cutlery, espresso maker, essential cleaning tools. Hot water (mostly provided by solar panels) is available in all our accommodations and services. Water is drinking and supplied by Acquedotto Pugliese water system (there are no wells).
ONE-ROOM APARTMENTS WITH 2 BEDS
Mansard “D” – 2 beds
Mansard for 2 people (12 sqm) + balcony, cheap and suitable for young people. It is equipped with double bed, kitchenette and small bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower with the plughole on the floor. It is on the 2nd floor of the old farm (Sciale) together with other units. There is no elevator. You can access via two flights of stairs (30 steps). Distance to the beach: 300m.
Mini villa “N 4” – 2 beds
One-room mini villa for 2 people (12 sqm + 8 sqm fenced patio) situated on the ground floor. Cheap and suitable for young people, it is equipped with air-conditioning, double bed, kitchenette and small bathroom with toilet, washbasin and a shower cubicle in the patio. It is a detached unit. Distance to the beach: 250m.
ONE-ROOM APARTMENTS WITH 4 BEDS
Bungalow “A” – 4 beds
One-room bungalow with wood ceiling for 4 people (18 sqm + 12 sqm patio), recently renovated. Wall double bed, folding door separating the bunk bed area, kitchenette and bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower with sliding rail and plughole on the floor. It is attached to other similar bungalows. Distance to the beach: from 80m to 200m.
Bungalow “B” and “C” – 4/5 beds
One-room bungalow for 4-5 people (23 sqm + 12 sqm patio). Wall double bed, folding door separating the bunk bed area, extra bed if required (folding bed), kitchenette and bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower with sliding rail and plughole on the floor. It is a detached unit or attached to bungalow “C”. Some of them are equipped with air conditioning. Distance to the beach: from 100m to 200m.
Mini villa “N 3” – 4 beds
One-room mini villa for 4 people (20 sqm + 30 sqm garden). Double bed, sliding panel separating the bunk bed area, kitchenette, bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower with sliding rail. It is equipped with a fireplace for the winter. Although it is attached to another unit, it is a detached unit. Distance to the beach: 250 m.
TWO-ROOM APARTMENTS “E”, “F”, “G”, “H”, “L” WITH 4/6 BEDS

Two-room mansard for 4 people (20 sqm + 10 sqm covered terrace). Double bedroom, living room with bunk bed and kitchenette, bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin and bidet. It is on the 2nd floor of the old farm (Sciale) together with other units. There is no elevator. You can access via two flights of stairs (30 steps). Distance to the beach: 300m.
Mini apartment “F” – 4/6 beds
Two-room mini apartment for 4-6 people (28 sqm + 18 sqm covered patio). Double bedroom, living room with one or two bunk beds (if joined they can be two double beds), kitchenette, bathroom with shower (plughole on the floor), toilet, bidet and washbasin. Situated on the ground floor of the old farm (Sciale), it is attached to the mansards and the restaurant. Distance to the beach: 300m.
Mini apartment “G” – 4/6 beds
Two-room mini apartment for 4-6 people (28 sqm + 10 sqm patio or large covered terrace). Double bedroom, living room with one or two bunk beds (if joined they can be two double beds), kitchenette, bathroom with shower (plughole on the floor), toilet, bidet and washbasin. Situated on the mezzanine floor of the old farm (Sciale), it is over the mini apartment “F” and attached to the mansards and the restaurant. You can access via a staircase. Distance to the beach: 300m.
Mini apartment “H” – 4 beds
Two-room mini apartment with air-conditioning for 4 people (22 sqm + 18 sqm fenced patio). Double bedroom, another room with bunk bed and kitchenette, air-conditioning, bathroom with washbasin, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle. It is composed by two attached units. Distance to the beach: 80m.
Cottage “L” – 4/6 beds
Two-room wood cottage (32 sqm + 20 sqm patio) recently built and completely insulated. Double bedroom and bunk bed separated by a sliding door, living room with bunk bed and kitchenette, air-conditioning, bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin. It is a detached unit. Distance to the beach: 100m.
THREE-ROOM APARTMENTS “M”, “N 2”, “N 5”
Cottage “M” – 4 beds
Three-room wood cottage (26 sqm + 8 sqm patio), recently built and completely insulated. Double bedroom, room with bunk bed, small living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin. It is attached to another cottage. Distance to the beach: 200m.
Mini villa “N 2”- 6/8 beds
Three-room mini villa with air-conditioning (40 sqm + 35 sqm fenced garden; it is possible to add in one room one or two bunk beds). Hallway, bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin and another outdoor shower cubicle with washbasin. There is a brick kitchen with barbecue in the garden, where you can eat under a covered veranda. It is detached, although it is with other units. Distance to the beach: 250m.
Mini villa “N 5”- 4/5 beds
Three-room mini villa (30 sqm + 6 sqm patio) equipped with two rooms with double bed, living room (where it is possible to add a folding bed) with kitchenette, bathroom (toilet, washbasin, shower with sliding rail and plughole on the floor), air-conditioning. It is a detached unit. Distance to the beach: 300m.
FOUR-ROOM APARTMENT “N 1”
Villa “N 1”- 8/10 beds
Four-room villa with air-conditioning (80 sqm + 25 sqm patio + 300 sqm private fenced garden with brick barbecue) equipped with, two double bedrooms (the second is taken from a large living room and closed with a folding door), room with bunk bed convertible into double bed, living room with one or two bunk beds, kitchen, two bathrooms with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. It is detached although it is with other units. Distance to the beach: 200m.
CARAVANS “P”
Caravans, with 4 beds (P1) or 2 single beds (P2), are equipped with gazebo and outdoor kitchenette, fridge, crockery, table with chairs and cushions. There are no private bathrooms, but they are near our services that supply hot water. Distance to the beach: 80m.
Length of stay
The start date and duration of the stay are free for both the village and the campsite.
Check-in
You can check in from 4pm on the day of arrival and must check out by 10am on the day of departure. If you want your accommodation before 4pm, you cannot object to its non-rearrangement.
Campers can access the campsite area all day long, except for the hours of silence: from 2pm to 4pm and from 11pm to 7.30am.
Stay amount
The stay amount refers to weekly stay and includes accommodation, people, consumption of water, electricity and gas, bed linen and car parking (one car per unit, two for “N 1”).
Under the price table, there are all the additional informations and costs for each solution. The number of people declared on arrival will be considered for the entire period of your stay, regardless of any absence. Unregistered people cannot stay without the authorization of the Management that will establish the additional costs.

Price list and rules can be downloaded from this website. They are also put up on our notice board and considered known and approved by our guests. Please read and respect our rules. If required, they can be sent in advance in paper form.
Easy terms of payment and agreements
Easy terms of payment:
- Long stay: 10% discount on the second week and 20% discount on the third and following weeks for stays of at least three weeks. The discount applies on weeks with lower price and can be combined with other discounts;
- Old age: agreement with our restaurant and 5% discount on the total amount of a stay of at least one week for over 65. The discount can be combined with other discounts;
- One-week stay, free beach service (beach umbrella and two sunbeds). Places will be assigned by Management, subject to availability;
- Reservation of a site paying in advance your stay: 10% discount that can be combined with other discounts;
- Camping campsites over 5 days 5% discount on the cost of the stay.
Agreements:
- Touring Club and Unicredit members = 10% discount on the total amount of your stay;
- Expocaravanclub, Federcampeggio, Plein Air, etc. = 5% discount on the total amount of your accommodation.
Optional additional costs
– Laundry and Ironing service: €5 per washing (5kg);
– Cradle: €30 per week (to request at the time of booking;
– Tennis court: single €10 per hour, double €15 per hour;
– Five-a-side football pitch (max. 10 players): €30 per hour;
– Night-time lighting of tennis court or five-a-side football pitch: €3 per hour;
– Air-conditioning (available in “B1”, “D1”, “H 1”,“L1”, “N2”, “N4”, “N5”, “C1” e “C4”): €30 per week.
Booking and payment conditions
The accommodation proposals are considered valid until their availability, which will be definitively reserved only after the payment of the co-signatory deposit (30% of the total cost of the stay) which will in any case be returned for the entire amount if it is impossible to take advantage of the booked stay. due to the pandemic.

Cancellation
Any cancellation will be taken into account only if sent by telegram, fax, recorded delivery letter or email. If you cancel your reservation until 7 days before your arrival, your confirmation deposit will be paid back, less 10% to recover administrative expenses. After the deadline, you can choose another period, otherwise your deposit will be non-refundable. In case of voluntary cancellation or short stay because of late arrival or early departure, you will not be refunded.
Complaints
Please ask for any information at the time of booking to make you sure that our Camping meets your expectations. Any complaint about our structure, accommodations or any other reason, made on your arrival, does not make you free from the remaining balance payment. Our staff tries its best to make your holiday pleasant. However, if you still have problems, please contact the Management to solve them.
Guests
The visits of our guests’ parents or friends provoke often discussion among holidaymakers as a cause of nuisance. Therefore these visits must be authorised in advance and are allowed from 8am to 11.30pm. When your guests come, they must deliver an identification document to our reception for their registration and if they stay more than one hour they have to pay €10 for the first guest (including the space for one car or motorbike in the beach parking) and €3 for each additional guest (including children of 3 years old and over). Guests without motor vehicle: reduction of €4. All your guests must respect our rules.
Motor vehicles: movement and parking
Vehicles movement during the hours of silence (from 2pm to 4pm and from 11.30pm to 7.30am) is forbidden. From 30 June to 1 September, motor vehicles access and movement within our structure are forbidden, except on arrival and departure to make luggage loading/unloading or the lodging of campers easy and except for service vehicles and bicycles. During the above-mentioned period, we will assign to each unit, or camper with car, a parking space for a car or a motorbike near accommodations. We will pay you back this deposit on return of the remote control. For each extra car or motorbike, there is an additional daily cost of €3,50 and €2,50.
Pets
Animals are allowed, but only if specified at the time of booking or on arrival (for campers). They must have a vaccination certificate and be kept on leash or muzzled, if necessary, within our structure. They can go on the beach and bathe in areas established by Management. In period E, F, G, H, I the weekly price is €30 for dogs and €20 for cats. For campers, as detailed in the table.
Services and Beach
Our structure has two bars, a restaurant-pizzeria with wood oven and a little shop on the beach, where you can buy packaged products. Every day you can book fresh basic foodstuffs (not available on the beach) to collect later.
It is available a coin laundry and ironing room.
In addition, there is a private sandy beach equipped with toilet, hot/cold showers, a payment area with beach umbrellas, deckchairs and sunbeds, a free area. Lifeguard service is available.
Sport and entertainment
Facilities for tennis, five-a-side football, beach volley, beach soccer, table tennis, table football, bowls and darts are available. In addition, it is possible to hire or buy the equipment for these sports. The playground is on the beach, it is always open and the access is free.
No payment for club card.
Miscellaneous
An urban transport service connects our camping with Manfredonia city and Gargano shopping centre at fixed hours, which are posted outside our reception. In addition, the station is connected to our Camping by a cheap tax service.
A shuttle service is available upon reservation; destinations, prices and modalities should be agreed.
Medical care is available at Manfredonia’s hospital, where there is an equipped emergency room. Otherwise you can contact private doctors at your expense.
Our structure is situated in one of the most important protected wetlands of Europe, destination for birdwatchers from all over the world. Sometimes, at dusk and for a short time, there could be mosquitos. Please protect yourself.
In case of differences between the Italian text and the translation in other languages as regards price list and the type of stay, the Italian text applies.
